IPAM is made up of five main components indicated on the menu bar.

Networks

This section will be used to add your network superblocks and to manage the subnets.

Organisations

Add the organisations name that has been allocated the address space by the registrar.

Domains

Domains allows you to generate DNS zone files for the IP block.

Servers

IRIS pollers have the ability to be a DHCP server and/or a hidden Primary DNSserver. Allocate IP blocks to IRIS pollers to be the DHCP host. This section will move under the Networks section and will not be covered in more detail for now.

Configurations

Add your VRF information if desired. If you want to make use of this feature you will need to record your AS Number for the RD (Route Distinguisher).
