Choosing Search Graphs will provide you with access to a customised search facility. This may take a little longer to load than the main search bar as it does a blank search - a search for everything.

All the graphs found for the default setting will be displayed. The default setting is for the last 24 hours.

Search for the graph/s you need in the search bar using the same search strings. This is covered in Searching.

Bookmarks can be created to save a complicated string that you don’t want to have to remember and type in every time.

You can add or edit a bookmark by clicking on the bookmark icon.

If you have previously saved bookmarks, they will be displayed at the bottom of the drop-down.

Clicking on a saved bookmark will automatically execute the search.

To add a bookmark, click on the + Add Bookmark.

Bookmark name: Choose a descriptive name for the bookmark.

Keywords: Enter keywords that will enable you to search quickly for the bookmark.

Click Save.

If you would like to edit a bookmark, click edit bookmark and then edit the fields accordingly.

You can also search for the bookmark in the main search bar of Iris.

Clicking on the filter graphs icon will display three action items.

Hide untagged elements
This will show the elements that have some kind of tag, mnemonic or description.

Show archived elements
This will show elements that are actively graphing.

Hide empty elements
This will hide elements that are actively graphing but the data has been 0 (zero) for a long period of time.
You will notice that a tick is placed to the left of the item if it has been selected.

To remove the filter criteria, click on the item again to remove the tick.
