To add a new SLA in SLAMC, click on the + at the top of your screen on the landing page or SLA List page.
The Create a New Sla popup will be displayed.
Name Type in the name of your new SLA.
Description Type in a description for your SLA. This can help when searching.
Customer Filter You can start typing the name of a view and options will be displayed in a drop-down menu. Select the customer you
would like to filter on.
Save Remember to click Save.
Your new SLA will now be displayed in the SLA list.
